Found this recipe on Pinterest. I slightly modified it just a little. I'll post up the original recipe and my version.
Original recipe:
2 medium ripe bananas
1 cup oats
1/4 cup chocolate

My version:
It's basically the same but I used 4 bananas, so I just doubled all the ingredients. Also instead of chocolate, I used raisins.
Here are my ingredients. The bananas are that color because I put it in the freezer. I thought they were going to be too ripe so I froze them. Not a good idea because it was so cold peeling them, haha.
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2:
Peel bananas and add oats. Then mix well until both ingredients are mixed.
Step 3:
Add the raisins and fold it into the mixture.
Step 4:
Spray your cooking sheet. Use a spoon or ice cream scoop to scoop it onto the cooking sheet. You can even use a cupcake pan too!
Step 5:
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool and enjoy!!!
I'm still mindblown about how healthy and easy it is to make these cookies!
