Shrimp and Chicken Penne Pasta

This is my favorite pasta dish to make. It's fast, easy, and simple with lots of flavor! The best part is that you only need 4 main ingredients.

Ingredients:
3 cups of the penne rigate pasta
1 lb of shrimp
1 chicken breast
1 can of Classico creamy alfredo

*Serves about 3-4 people

Step 1:
Boil water and add some sea salt. When water boils, add the pasta. When pasta is cooked, drain it, and set the pasta aside.

Step 2:
Season the chicken breast and wrap it in tin foil. Bake it in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes at 350, or when the chicken is completely cooked. When the chicken is ready, cut it into slices. Season the shrimp and get the pot ready. In a pot, turn the heat to high, add olive oil (or an oil of your choice). When the oil is hot, add the shrimp. When the shrimp is cooked, add the chicken, and a little bit of the alfredo sauce. Lower the heat to a 5 when you add the alfredo sauce.

*These are the seasons I used. Don't add salt or black pepper if you used these seasons. It's salty enough!

Step 3:
Add the penne pasta and the rest of the alfredo sauce. Stir until everything is mixed together. Turn off the heat and serve it!

You can even add some vegetables too. I love adding asparagus or steam broccoli. You can also add shredded parmesan on top, but my sweetie and I are not big fans of cheese. We're lactose, haha.

I topped mine with chopped cilantro. Yum!

Enjoy cooking and eating!!! :)
